What to expect from an Orlando Party Productions
entertainer?
Professionalism is strictly enforced by all of Orlando Party Productions entertainers. We do not permit our representatives to participate in any of the following activities while performing at an event: drinking of alcoholic beverages, smoking, sitting or eating.

Yes, OrlandoPartyProductions.com is a school safe entertainment company. OrlandoPartyProductions is a registered vendor in Orange County Public Schools and Osceola County Public Schools. OrlandoPartyProductions.com has completed the Jessica Lunsford Act.
Our Entertainers have been fingerprinted and cleared for your safety.
Why do we utilize a third party vendor( Pay pal) to process our payments?
For security reasons, we have chosen this method to protect both our customer, and ourselves. PayPal will verify your identity and ensure that the payment method is coming from the valid user. You have the guarantee that you are using a completely secure website, and that your information cannot be viewed or accessed by anyone from OrlandoPartyProductions as well. Due to the amount of fraud on the internet, this safeguard prevents any unauthorized transactions.
What the best method to send us media (music MP3/files/video...) for your event?
We have setup an FTP (File Transfer) account to save you time and postage.
Make sure FTP is enabled in your web browser. Just type the link below into your
web browser, then you can copy and paste your files in to our servers.

How far in advance do we need to reserve a date?
Availability is first come, first served. Please book early whenever
possible, this will save you money, time and stress. Many Saturdays are often booked 6-12
months in advance, and sell out quickly. Due to the high demand of entertainers
during the holidays and peak seasons (which include Graduations- May/June,
Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Halloween, Valentines Day, Prom
and Homecomings), your date is not guaranteed until your deposit has been
received and the contract has been returned signed. Also when given a quote, the
quote is only valid for 30 days from the request. As the time gets closer to the
event, we have less time to prepare your play list, so your price may be
different. Our best advice is to book when you get your quote to ensure your
date will be available and at the price you were given. We do strive to
accommodate all of clients reservation requests.
What if you dont have a special song we would like played?
We take great pride in our music selection and we will work very hard to
accommodate your special requests. If possible, well provide it for you or
research the best way to obtain the selection for you. Additionally, we do welcome and
allow clients to bring any of their own Compact Discs. With enough time to
prepare, almost anything is possible.
Can you provide lighting or special effects?
Yes! You can custom-tailor your entertainment package to include exciting
lighting fixtures.
Can you provide music for cocktail hour also?
Absolutely! We offer separate sound systems designed just for that purpose.
Can we meet with our entertainer?
Absolutely, but please be advised there will be an additional fee of
$75.00. This is only to cover the time and travel expenses of our entertainers.
Currently all of our corporate packages and our deluxe wedding packages
have this feature included in the cost of these packages. Due to the amount of
guests at these functions, and more detailed planning involved such as song
selection, we have already anticipated the need for the meeting, and site survey
of the venue, so as a courtesy we have already included it the price of these
packages.
Is OrlandoPartyProductions insured ?
Absolutely, we our covered up to 2 million in Commercial General Liability. If your venue or event requires additional insurance, we can upgrade our coverage per event with our carrier (National Assoc of Mobile Entertainers). This will effect your quote.
